Refund Policy
Updated: March 01, 2026
At Real Legacy Parent, Inc, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality digital products and services. By purchasing any digital products or services from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:
No Refunds Policy
Refunds will not be issued. Upon payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be provided under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, the client choosing not to proceed, failure to submit required intake forms, financial hardship, or a belief that services have not yet started. Work begins internally upon receipt of payment, including resource allocation, administrative setup, and digital access. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality services and will address any concerns promptly, but all sales are final and non-reversible.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases of services, consulting packages, digital products, and memberships are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once payment is processed, regardless of the client's usage, access, or level of participation.
Digital Products
Digital product sales—including courses, templates, downloads, and access to private platforms—are final sale. Upon payment, access is automatically granted or a secure invite is issued to the client. Once access is provided, the product is considered delivered, and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted. If technical issues arise, clients may contact our customer support team for assistance, but access issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Payment Plans
Real Legacy Parent, Inc offers select services with installment payment options. Once a payment plan is initiated, all payments must be made on time and without interruption. If a scheduled payment fails or is missed, the payment plan is canceled, and the full remaining balance becomes immediately due before work continues. We do not pause, restart, or restructure payment plans.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for completing and submitting all required intake forms and documentation. Delays caused by a client’s inaction do not qualify for refunds or adjustments to timelines. It is the client's obligation to remain responsive throughout the duration of the project.
Technical Support
We are committed to providing technical support to ensure that our digital products function as described. If you encounter any technical issues or difficulties accessing your purchased digital product, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Disputed Transaction Policy
No Disputed Transactions
No disputed transactions will be honored once a purchase is made. Once payment is processed and services are rendered, clients agree that any disputes regarding transactions will not be accepted. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns directly with our team for prompt resolution.
Dispute Resolution
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that Real Legacy Parent, Inc does not honor disputed charges. All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued. Any disputes regarding this charge will be contested in accordance with our no-refund policy.
Service-Based Business Policy
As a service-based business, Real Legacy Parent, Inc begins internal work immediately upon receipt of payment. This includes allocating staff, securing necessary filings, granting platform access, and preparing internal documentation. While visible deliverables may follow a specific timeline, our team is actively working on your file from the moment payment is made. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of the client’s pace, engagement level, or form completion status. We serve clients through a combination of strategic consulting, administrative coordination, filings, and digital delivery. Some services may require final payment to be completed before they begin. However, these deliverables are built on internal steps that start immediately after payment is submitted. Clients on payment plans should expect final deliverables within 2–3 weeks after the last installment is received. Projects paid in full may take up to 8 weeks depending on responsiveness, document submission, and third-party processing timelines. Clients are responsible for completing intake forms and providing required documents in a timely manner. Failure to do so may delay project timelines, but it does not alter the refund policy or the nature of services being provided. Our team allocates time, labor, and expertise immediately upon payment, and this structure does not allow for refunds or cancellations once a transaction is complete. If you have any questions about a product or service before making a purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team for clarification. We are available to help you make an informed decision and ensure that your experience with Real Legacy Parent, Inc is a successful one. By purchasing and downloading our digital products or engaging our services, you agree to abide by this refund and dispute policy and acknowledge that service-based transactions are non-refundable.
